The Naranja 95 was created featuring women run distilleries as the base, while also playing with seasonal fruit and flavors. The name of the cocktail is personal to bartender Elizabth Smith as it represents her growth as a creator of cocktails and her journey through the bar world.  Naranja, or orange, is the major player in the profile of the cocktail, and 95 stands for the highway that brought Elizabeth to Vegas from Reno to start her cocktail career. This cocktail is bright and juicy, not too sweet, with a dry orange finish and rich citrus bouquet.
