MAPP’s “Sky’s The Limit” Externship presented by Delta Air Lines and Pepsico

On January 16, 2025, MAPP presented our first “Sky’s The Limit” Externship in partnership with Delta Air Lines and Pepsico to Adé Carrenna matched with Michelin Star Chef Georgiana Vio. These are life-changing opportunities to for women to get inspired and learn through their idols and mentors with all travel and accommodations covered. We are excited to share the full experience with you soon through our Chefs Care film initiative.

The evening began with the French premiere of Joanna James’s award-winning documentary A Fine Line, hailed by Vanity Fair "Best Documentary by a First-Time Filmmaker." Hosted by MAPP in partnership with Espero France, this inspiring event shines a spotlight on women in food, film, and fashion who are driving the movement for equality and representation.

After the film, guests engaged in a thought-provoking panel discussion led by Chef and Author, Carrie Solomon. Michelin Star Chef Georgiana Viou and Chef Adé Carrena, joined by Filmmaker Joanna James and Espero founder Maya Persaud to explore the intersection of the arts, leadership, and equality.
