Chef Saipin Kumlor

Chef Saipin Kumlor was born in Thailand and studied Culinary Arts in Australia. She then moved to Hawaii and worked with some of the most prestigious hotels in Waikiki. One of the highlights of her career was to cook for President Obama, which lead her career to the US House of Representatives. She has also won a few culinary art competitions like Cuisine Culinaire. Her passion for food is to cook in the modern way and create simple and elegant dishes for catering events. For the last 7 years she has had a good mentor in Fred Johnson, Resident District Manager. He has helped Saipin to become a great Female Chef for Sodexo.
